NOTE 3. If paying by Cheque (UK bank accounts only), payment is to be received within 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. This can be extended if prior arrangement is made.

1. Damages & Faulty Goods We will refund the costs of your purchase including the postage element, if the book/ goods are not as described, or if it is damaged in the post. We will also pay for your return postage costs. We will not refund any costs if the damage has been caused AFTER delivery, for whatever reason.
2. Items lost in the post It very rarely happens, and in nearly all cases packages have in fact not been collected by the recipient at their local mail depot or post office (SO PLEASE CHECK WITH THEM FIRST). All of our mail is sent out with a return address clearly displayed so items WILL be returned to us after a given period of time if they have not been collected after attempted delivery. We will not consider any claim for loss until a period of 6 weeks has elapsed in the UK, or 3 months in the case of any overseas destination. This is to allow the carrier time to return the goods.
3. Your right to change your mind If you notify us straight away, we will cancel any order before shipping and refund all of your money. If you change your mind after the goods have been dispatched, then we will ONLY refund the cost of the goods on safe return if within 14 days of reciept. We cannot refund any postage and packing costs. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SOLD.
4. Deposits If there is a book that you wish to pay a deposit on to secure, then this deposit is not refundable should you change your mind.
Please let us know as soon as you receive your goods if you intend to return them for any reason. We will always try to sort out any problem within a reasonable time.
